The knot

Its in my chest, I can feel it. It comes and goes, and it hurts more each time. Its been happening alot lately, this knot. It keeps me up at night, and makes me depressed when I see the sun. I wish someone out there could cure it. I wish I could come to terms with this thought, and this feeling, because I dont think its going away. Someone save me from this, someone save me from myself.
